Krimo's Arc...

A lazy Sunday morning spoilt only by a phone call.
A flood at Krimo's! Water teemed from an upstairs flat.
Ceiling tiles, canopies, cctv cameras, aircon unit, menus, electrics, etc... soaking wet.
Mops and buckets, brushes...
Everyone battling against time.
Water is still dripping from the ceiling.
Impossible to open.
Many sympathetic customers disappointed by phonecalls announcing that we could not possibly open for Sunday lunch.
A nightmare! These things are sent to try us.

But smiling Hayley and her staff smiled and dried the floors and my tears of frustration...

Argh! I hope that wasn't because someone left a bath running...

Hope you get all dried up and ready to open again soon.

Hope nothing is permanently damaged, what great staff you have.

Oh Krimo! That's terrible.

Please don't tell me that the Elvis cardboard cutout was ruined. I shall be heartbroken! ;O)

As a person with a balloon phobia, I think that water walking balloon thing looks really really scary!

I think it was a leaky boiler and the tenant is away on holiday. It will take a few days to repair the ceiling, Caro.

There was a little bit of damage, Q. The repairs will be the biggest headache. Yes, the staff were great!

Welcome back, Trac.
No, Elvis is still high and dry at our pizzeria, Portofino.
Very scary indeed!

I hope your ceiling mending is swift - ours took about 3 months last year!

Oh! So sorry for that bad luck. It'll all be back to normal quickly I'm sure. Chin up!

Caro, we're about there. Thank Goodness for good people!

Thanks, Mary. We're nearly there. The show must go on!
