Heavenly Lydia Heavens has been with us 20 years!
Solid as a rock!
Two years ago, Pat, our longest serving member of staff at the time, left us after 21 years of service. Lydia took over at the helm of the porters section, organising shifts, looking after the stocks of washing up liquid, mops, scourers and keeping the kitchen and restaurant perfectly clean.
Lydia is not keen on retiring, and even though she is the proud grandmother to beautiful twins, whom she often babysits, she has decided to stay on and keep both mind and body busy.
I and everyone at Krimo's are very glad that Lydia is still with us...
Thanks, Lyd!

Longue vie à Lydia !
Elle insuffle chaleur, force, énergie et amour du prochain.
Merci, Zéphyr!
Ton évaluation est 100% correcte!
Good for Lydia - if it 'aint broke...
She looks like she's a very nice lady. :)
She reminds me a lot of Clementine -the lady who works organising the catering for the meetings where I work-. A very sweet and thoughtful woman who takes care of all of us.
Absolutely, Pat. She is priceless.
In every walk of life there is someone like Lydia, Leni.
We're lucky!
I love that sort of story. You obviously run a ship where the deckhands want to stay onboard, Krimo!
It's so great and speaks volumes that you maintain such great relationships and long term employees! You must be a very good man to work for :) I enjoyed catching up on all your posts, my computer died a few weeks ago and I am trying to figure out what I am going to get... so my blogging has been limited. Good to see you are cooking away!
