Budding chefs...

As part of the National Chip Pan Week, I judged a cookery competition at the HCFE. 
Seven teams competed to produce a potato dish without resorting to a chip pan and the results were amazing. From Gratin Dauphinois to Patatas Bravas, Duchesse Sweet Potatoes to Bombay Potatoes, every single dishes was well executed and beautifully presented. 
Jack Hunter(left) a Krimo's apprentice was one of the competitors.
